Sometimes, a person may sit in silence and sketch. Perhaps to them, it seems like a friend or maybe a stranger in the moment sitting across from them, without their awareness, urging them to put pen to paper and draw. To invite them to paint the feeling they receive from that individual at that moment. Sometimes, emotions rush in, and the person starts drawing on the paper to release the emotions trapped in that moment.

Whatever it is, drawing is a unique way to channel emotions, thoughts, and life, in my opinion.
